Yes you have to know how to swim at least 25m, but don't worry, you don't have to be a swimming professional!
- For the KAYAK: Know how to swim, or at least know how to float and get into a safe position on the surface.
- For Stand Up PADDLE: Knowing how to swim, being comfortable in the water, knowing how to immerse myself and not apprehending falls into the water from my paddle, even if I am a complete beginner in the activity .
We accept beginners on all of our excursions. However, for the 3:30 am and day trips, be sure to be in good physical condition, you will need to complete a self-medical questionnaire on the day of the excursion.
The life jacket is compulsory. All of our Kayak or Paddle vests meet European standards. For children we have vests with ruff and crotch strap, always keeping their heads out of the water.
Rest assured our Kayak and Paddle models are stable and easy to access.
You rarely fall from a kayak unintentionally, you just need to listen carefully to the safety instructions. For Stand Up Paddle you have to be more aquatic and not be afraid of falling often!
